Three males face court over stolen BMW

Three teenagers charged with evading police in a stolen BMW are facing court today.

A 14-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy are appearing in Perth Children’s Court, charged with stealing a motor vehicle and doing unlawful damage, among other charges.

The stolen BMW was sighted on Capel Street in Willagee yesterday.

Police activated their emergency lights and sirens but the driver failed to stop.

The three male occupants of the stolen BMW fled on foot and were arrested a short time later.

The 19-year-old man will appear in Perth Magistrates court today on additional charges of aggravated home burglary and no authority to drive.
