An Uber driver has been summonsed after allegedly blowing over the legal limit, with three passengers in his car, in Fremantle this morning.

Police spokeswoman Susan Usher said the 32-year-old driver from the Bassendean suburb of Eden Hill was pulled over on Wray Avenue about 4am.

Ms Usher said the man was an Uber driver whose Mitsubishi Lancer was carrying three passengers.

She said the man would be summonsed to appear in court on the charge of driving with a blood alcohol reading in excess 0.08%.
