A 31-year-old Beckenham man has been arrested after he allegedly stole kitchen appliances, ovens, cooktops, rangehoods and kitchen sinks from a range of sites in the south and east of metropolitan Perth.
Police spokesperson Susan Usher said the man had been charged with six counts of aggravated burglary, six counts of stealing, and one count each of providing a false name and having no authority to drive.
Ms Usher said the man was arrested yesterday after an investigation into five burglaries in August on homes under construction in Beckenham and Haynes as well as a commercial premise in South Perth.
The man is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on November 27.
