Top events for the whole family this Easter weekend

Don’t feel like waking up early to hide Easter eggs in the garden this weekend?

Outback Splash Annual Easter Hunt –  Bullsbrook

The Maze is hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunt with interactive activities for kids and tonnes of chocolate prizes to be given away.

On Easter Sunday, Disney character Moana will be visiting to take photos with kids between 12-2pm.

Easter Wonderland – Rockingham

From March 30th to April 1st Dixon Road Oval will host an Easter Wonderland featuring a meet, greet and dance with characters from Despicable Me.

There will be activities all long weekend including Easter eggs hunts, mini golf, arts and craft and even a visit from the Easter bunny.

Good Friday Easter Egg Hunt – Adventure World

Adventure World is open all Easter long weekend with face painting, balloon animals and an egg hunt on Good Friday. Gates open at 10am, get in quick to find the Easter Egg tokens around the park labelled ‘Winner’ for your chance at a prize.

Easter Fun Morning Cruise – Barrack Street Jetty  

Captain Cook Cruises are hosting a morning Easter cruise down the Swan River on Sunday.The cruise sets sail at 10am and include fresh hot cross buns and pastries, as well as face painting, egg colouring, balloon twisting and a visit from the Easter bunny to entertain the kids.

Easter Bilby Fun- Kanyana Wildlife

This Saturday and Sunday, you can meet the resident bilbies and bunnies, learn the difference between them, play bilby bingo and go on a bilby hunt! You can enter into the ‘Guess how many eggs are in the jar’ competition for your chance to win a jar of Easter eggs, and you can even adopt a bilby!

Apple Festival- Donnybrook

The Apple Festival in Donnybrook on Saturday and Sunday this weekend will have a range of activities including stalls, log chops, face painting, pony rides, agricultural and machinery displays, wine tastings, free children’s activities, live music, animal exhibits, a street parade, Sideshow Alley and Fireworks on Saturday night.

Kids: free for child under 16 when accompanied by an adult
