Perth home values increase

Perth home owners have seen a small increase in the value of their properties in April.

A CoreLogic RP Data report, released today, shows Perth homes increased in value by 0.6 per cent last month, but have fallen by 0.5 per cent during the first four months of 2016.

Over the past year, values have decreased by 2.2 per cent.

National values have increased by 1.7 per cent, with dwelling values in Sydney and Melbourn recording a 2.1 per cent increase.

The Reserve Bank is tomorrow tipped to make a further cut to the official cash rate.
