Police seek details about crash

Police are today investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist in Morley last night.

Police said a 45-year-old moped driver collided with a bus travelling west on Russell Street, near Dewar Street, about 7pm.

The man, from Embleton, was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by St John Ambulance. He later died from his injuries.

According to police, he was not wearing a motor cycle helmet at the time of the accident.

The 47-year-old male bus driver was not injured and there were no passengers on the bus at the time.

Major crash officers would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the crash or the VMOTO moped or the bus before or after the crash.
