Producers of so-called ‘ethical pornography’ say it considers the rights and safety of workers, pays them fairly and ensures consent. The idea is that viewers can then watch porn with a clear conscience, knowing that their consumption is not promoting negative elements such as human trafficking. Ethical porn aims to showcase a balance of male and female pleasure, as well as sexual and body diversity. It is also said to be against the romanticism of non-consensual sex.
