A 45-year-old Mandurah man will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today over historical child sex abuse charges.

Police have charged the man with three counts of indecent dealings with a child under 13, and sexual penetration of a child under 13.

Police allege the man indecently and sexually assaulted a 10-year-old boy in March and April 2010.

The man was employed at an amusement site in Mandurah when the alleged offences took place.
